Vital Support is reachable from inside Care Team, and by email when the app is not. Choosing the right route gets a faster answer: an app question goes to chat, a problem with one patient's app goes through that patient's record, and an outage goes by email.
From inside Care Team
Select Help at the foot of the left sidebar. A chat panel opens with direct access to the Support team and to Help Center articles. Chat with us starts a conversation; searching the panel often answers the question without one.

Reporting an issue for a patient
When one patient's app is misbehaving, report it from that patient's details rather than from chat. Open the visit, select Report an app issue for this patient, and describe what is wrong. This attaches the visit to the report, so Support can look at exactly what the patient saw without any patient information being typed into a message.
Outside of Care Team
When the app cannot be reached, email support@vital.io. Include the facility, what was happening, and roughly when, and avoid patient details in the message body; Support will ask for identifiers through a secure channel if they are needed.
What to include
The facility name, the screen or visit involved, what was expected and what happened instead, and the time. For a suspected feed problem, the time matters most, because it lets the team find the message that did or did not arrive.
