If your views look like these, your organization is using the updated Vital Care Team interface. Use these articles to configure task availability and staff notification preferences:

Availability vs. Notifications

Availability (configured in Settings › Tasks) controls when patients can ask for each request type at each location.

Notifications (configured in Settings › Notifications) controls which you notifications you are subscribed to and whether they are enabled.

These are separate. For Staffing-based Task Types, a request is only available to patients while at least one staff member at that location has notifications on, so alert status and patient availability are linked for Staffing modes, but you manage them independently.

Team Page

The Team page gives managers and administrators a view of every team member's notification status, Task Type subscriptions, and location coverage. Use it to audit coverage before a shift or troubleshoot alert issues. Requires a Management or Notification Admin role.
